Quo Vadis Page Per Day Challenge
What is the Page Per Day Challenge? It’s an easy way to create a record of your year, one page at a time.
Our goal is to write, draw, stick in and/ or capture something, anything, on one page of a day per page planner or notebook, every day for a whole year. Each page becomes a snapshot of your life that day, and the result will be an amazing record of your life, every day, all year long. If you are looking for a way to jump-start your way into a journaling habit, this is it!
The reason it’s one page per day is because that’s do-able. You don’t have to commit to writing everything that happens each day, because that’s too hard to keep up with. One page per day doesn’t take up much time, and is enough space to record something meaningful each day. Just a little time each day results in a wonderful record of your life and memories.
You can start any day: your birthday, New Year’s Day, the first day of school, the day you move to a new place, any day at all. Just jump right in wherever you are!
An easy way to do the Page Per Day Challenge is to use our Daily Journaling Prompts. Each month there is a new list of prompts, with a new journaling prompt for every day. Each month has a new theme. You can see all the Daily Journaling Prompts here.
We have a whole community of people who are participating in the Challenge. Be sure to join our Facebook group!
Throughout the year on Quo Vadis blog we will have posts about the Challenge and ways people are using their day per page planners or undated notebooks to capture their life’s record, one page at a time. We are looking for people to show us how they are using their book and will feature Challengers on the blog throughout the year. If you would like to be featured here on Quo Vadis blog showing how you use your Page Per Day, please email Laurie (at) Exaclair (dot) com.
Our Page Per Day Challenge has been going for more than three years now, with lots of participants and articles here on Quo Vadis blog. Here are some highlights:
This post will help you decide whether to use a dated page per day planner or an undated notebook for your PPDC. (They each have their own benefits.)
