At work I enjoy using my Prenote planner. In the priority space I always write a goal for the day, and then I outline my day, after lunch I jot down what I ate, and who I ate lunch with. It may be a little OCD but I like being able look back, and these notes help evoke memories. At the end of the day before leaving I like to use the notes section to jot down a couple of words on how the day went, or to note something significant that happened on that day.
At home my wife and I share an Exaplan that is just to keep track of each others’ appointments.
