These days I’m completely off my normal schedule, but I still have things I need and want to accomplish each day. I’m finding it helpful to have a daily checklist of things I need to accomplish at some point every day.
Having a checklist of things to do daily will help you focus and stay on track. Here are some things you can have on your checklist of things to accomplish each day:
- Hydrate: at least 8 glasses
- Fruit/ veg: at least 5
- Exercise: at least 30 minutes
- Meds/ supplements
- Check in with at least 2 people
- Clean/tidy something
You can keep your daily list in your planner or bullet journal, or in a pocket notebook that you carry with you. Alternatively, you can keep your list in a page protector, check off each item with a dry-erase marker, then erase at the end of the day. Personally I like to keep mine in a notebook so I can track my results each day, and write notes about the people I check in with to keep up on how they are doing.
