Believe it or not, almost 1/6 of 2020 is already gone! How are your goals coming along? If your reply was, “What goals?” don’t worry, there’s still time to get you back on track for this year’s goals.
It’s common for some goals to have slipped by this time of the year. Look back through your planner and/ or notebook for the past two months and ask yourself these questions:
What goals did I hope/ plan to have completed by now?
What goals did I expect to have made progress on?
Which goals have I completed and/ or made progress on?
Which goals have I not made sufficient progress on? Why?
What derailed me in the progress toward my goals?
What can I do to get back on track?
When working toward your goals:
Remember why you set the goal in the first place. Why is it important to you? How disappointed would you be if you never accomplished this goal?
Remember it’s supposed to be challenging. If it were easy, you would have done it by now.
By assessing your progress, evaluating your obstacles, and reminding yourself of what’s important, you can get back on track toward crushing your goals!
