Here is a brand new product from Quo Vadis France: the Life Journal dot grid notebook!


This notebook is ideal for bullet journaling. You can see the following details on the back of the label shown below: there are 215 numbered pages, 5 index pages, the acid-free paper is white 90gsm Clairefontaine paper, there is a ribbon placemarker, an elastic closure band, an expandable pocket in the back, and the size is A5. The hard cover has a soft-touch material and is available in four colors: Coral Pink (shown), Plum, Blue-Grey, or Aqua.

The first page has spaces for your name and contact details in case of loss:


The Index pages are formatted with spaces for page numbers, topic, and date to help you organize your notes quickly and easily.


This notebook is a great option if you want dot grid pages with pure white (not off-white or ivory) paper. The dots themselves are small and faint. Each page is numbered with an elegant design.

  1. I really love my lined Quovadis journal. It’s is a nice size, lightly larger that A5. I love the white Clairefontaine paper, I think it shows the inks better.
    The dot grid would be helpful fo folks who do bullet journaling. I Don’t use mine as a bullet journal, so I prefer to use lined or grid sheets. My favorite is the Clairefontaine French Ruled when I journal. When you’re using it for writing, the French Ruled helps keep things organized.
    I would love to see a journal with the French ruled Clairefontaine.

  2. I would love love love this journal to come to the US. I really like the L1917, but I would prefer pure white pages and I love how simple the inside design is, not like the 1917. I agree about the front cover however. I would prefer it without the logo.

  3. I’d love to have this in the US without the logo on the front. It cheapens the look in my opinion, and implies it’s just for scattered people. I have 4 notebooks active at all times for various things, buy about 6 per year, and would switch from L1917 to Quo Vadis if I could use this, but not with that logo.
