Month Theme for April 2018: Refocus

Post Comment

On the first Wednesday of each month we have a post with the month’s theme. The month theme is something to think about, journal about, include in your daily intentions, and/or be mindful of all month. It’s also a good topic for folks doing our Page Per Day Challenge.

This month’s theme is: Refocus.

I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling a bit like a deer in the headlights looking ahead to the next several months. My spring and summer are going to be busy busy busy with lots of plans and events, visitors, home projects, work, etc. There’s a lot coming up and I need to get ready for it all.

Now is a good time to sit down with your planner and go through the upcoming months so you can create a gameplan. Whether you are in school and have exams coming up, are preparing for summer travel, have busy family plans, or have extra projects coming in, create a plan so you can fit everything in without overscheduling and stressing yourself out.

Creating a plan now can help everything run more smoothly as the months and weeks roll on. This will help you refocus on what is important and help you feel confident you’ll be able to get everything done.

So if you’re feeling scattered and don’t want to feel caught off guard with busy times coming up, take the time now to refocus and create a plan.

The Month Theme comes out on the first Wednesday of each month. You can see all the month themes here.
