Write a letter, journal entry, or even just a list of things you like, enjoy and admire about yourself. The style of writing can be anything you like: romantic, friendly, supportive, motivational, kind. See how many nice things you can write about yourself!
Keep this letter to yourself to look back on when you are feeling low or demotivated. Keep it in a safe place and look at it in the future to remember what you were like at this stage of your life and all the things you love about yourself now. It will be interesting to see how you develop over the years!
