Continuing our monthly series of daily journaling prompts, here is a list of journaling topics for every day in May! This gives everyone some new ideas for journaling, and can help take the pressure off to think of something to journal about every day, especially if you are doing our Page Per Day Challenge.

Here are your daily topics to write, draw, collage or paint about for May 2016. If you like, you can share your answers with us on the Quo Vadis Page Per Day Challengers Facebook group!

1: What are your goals this month?

2: What big changes or transitions do you have coming up?

3: Write your Worry List and what actions you can take to overcome them.

4: What is the most helpful thing you have read online recently?

5: If you could instantly transport yourself to anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? Why?

6: What is a label that stuck to you in your youth that you outgrew or overcame? How did you do it?

7: What is something you never thought you could be good at when you were younger but are now good at?

8: What is your least favorite holiday? Why?

9: If you could retire right now and didn’t have to work, what would you do with your time?

10: Which colors do you never wear?

11: What is the best gift anyone has ever given you?

12: Write a list of the best decisions you have made in your life.

13: Write a list of ways you could have more fun in your life.

14: Describe the colors of everything you can see around you right now.

15: Mid month review! How are your goals coming along?

16: Have you ever been to a country where the main religion is different from the main religion in your country? What did you think about it?

17: What is your favorite room in your home? Why do you love it?

18: If you had no internet access for an entire week, how you would spend your time differently than you normally do?

19: What is your favorite type of architecture? Why do you like it?

20: Describe your perfect weekend. Where would you be? What would you do? Who would be with you?

21: Do a mind map of things that make you happy!

22: Just sit and do nothing for ten minutes. No screens, no phone, no music, just quiet. Write everything that comes into your mind during that ten minutes.

23: What was your favorite subject in school? Did you end up doing that for your career? Why or why not?

24: If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

25: What is your favorite mode of transportation? Car, bike, train, boat, plane, etc? What was your favorite journey you took using that mode of transportation?

27: What are your plans for this weekend? What are you excited about?

28: Look ahead to next month. List any big events you need to prepare for.

29: What good things happened this month?

30: Month review! Evaluate your progress. What do you still need to work on?
