This year we are doing themed reviews every month. Each month will have a different theme, to get you to think more deeply about how you spent your time during the previous month. If you are doing our Page Per Day Challenge, it can be a topic for your daily writing. If you journal, these could be some journaling prompts for you.
The theme for this month’s review is health. Look back through your planner and/ or journal for March and think about these questions:
What did you do that was healthy this month, mentally and physically? Think of your exercise, meditation, eating, positive social encounters, and experiences in nature.
What did you do that wasn’t so healthy? How can you improve? Think of steps you can do to make healthier choices and work healthy habits into your daily life.
Do you have a medical condition? How was it this month? Think of any improvements, downturns, or new symptoms you had this month. Did you change your medication or treatment plan? If you don’t already monitor your condition in your planner, a notebook, with an app, etc. you might consider doing so.
The seasons are changing and with differences in weather and daylight hours now is a good time to adjust your exercise plans and seasonal menus. What can you do to be as healthy as possible in the coming months?
