One of the Easter traditions growing up was dyeing Easter eggs on Saturday night. My sister and I dyed eggs for each other, mom, dad, the guests at Easter dinner. Even the dog got one. After a hiatus of 20 years (after my son didn’t want to do eggs anymore), I decided I was going back to a favorite tradition.
Lori and I got the Paas set, eggs, white vinegar and we were set. I always tried to draw a duck with the wax crayon. I didn’t come out very well.
We remembered to stir and stir and stir the eggs in the dye.
They look pretty good! Happy Easter!
