I know I’m not the only one who likes to stick new notebooks in old planner covers. I’ve started to accumulate a surplus of covers, though — some of which, like a gorgeous brown leather Minister cover, don’t fit any of my notebooks, anyway — and I’ve started wondering what else I can do with them.
I keep my checkbooks in an old Space 17 cover, but beyond that, I haven’t gotten very far. Any ideas? I’ve thought about folding that Minister cover into thirds and using it as a clutch, but the cover flaps are pretty narrow, and I’m worried that things would fall out.
What (else) do you do with your old planner covers?
Prenote Nappa cover fits A4 Clairefontaine notebook perfectly.
I use old planners as art journals. I just work around the notes and appointments, turning them into part of the art.
