I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, and may the peace and the joy of the day be with you always.
Maligayang Pasko! Joyeux Noel! Frohe Weihnachten! Buon Natale! Prettige Kerstdagen!
This Christmas we find ourselves in a time of uncertainty. Now, more than ever, we need to focus on the postitive things we can do to make a difference.
I want to share with you, this Christmas, the three things I try to remember in my life:
1) Appreciate your blessings and, most of all, the people in your life. For when we are gone, we will not be remembered for what we have, but for our deeds. The “good will” in the hearts of those we touched will live on.
2) Be willing to perform a “random act of kindness” to help someone in need. Pay for someone’s coffee at the check out or coffee cart. Leave an anonymous gift for a friend in need or someone going through a hard time.. It will make your day, make someone else happy, and send out a ripple of good will into the world that will multiply as it inspires others.
3) Make a difference for a worthy cause. Lend your unique skills and talents, energy and passion to the things that matter most to you. Volunteer. Help out at an event. Start or join a group whose purpose you believe in.
Please know that Leah and I are deeply grateful for your gifts of kindness, encouragement and friendship throughout the year.
