Friday review roundup

Post Comment

I haven’t seen any new reviews of Quo Vadis products lately, but there’ve been some nice posts about products from our sister company, Exacompta, that I figure are worth sharing:

  • Office Supply Geek reviews the Exacompta basics portfolio
  • The Writer’s Bloc blog discusses how Exacompta paper differs from Clairefontaine and Rhodia

If you’ve written or read a review of an Exaclair product, please send it along — we’d love to read it!

  1. Would you have a list of planners of the Basic line (recycled, cardboard cover) for sale in NYC? I will visit in December and count on buying my plastic-free Equology then and there. I’ve been searching all the online retailers in NYC and can’t find this line. Maybe they are more widely available in stores, but if it’s the same as with the websites I can see why demand for recycled planners (again, without plastic) is so low – I’ve invested a tremendous amount of time trying to find them and can see how most people would give up (if they ever started looking in the first place).

    • Here’s a list of retailers who have ordered Basics planners… hopefully, one is near where you’re staying:

      Court Street Stationers 718-625-5771
      44 Court Street Brooklyn, NY

      Columbia Omni Corp. 212-279-6161
5 West 32nd Street New York, NY

      Ropal 212-988-3548
1504 Second Avenue New York, NY

      Jason Office Products 212-279-7455
140 West 31st Street New York, NY

      Michael Tyler Stationers 212-255-0032
200 Varick Street New York, NY

      A.I. Friedman/Portchester 149-377-351
495 Boston Post Road Port Chester, NY

      Arthur Brown 212-575-5555
2 West 45th Street New York, NY

Of course, one can’t be sure that they’ll still have them in December, but you can certainly call ahead and ask…

  2. I’d love to see more products of your Basics line in general but especially in Canada (not via the Canadian website which charges insane shipping). It would be my first choice of covers – in fact I have had no luck so far finding an Equology planner here as a *refill* without the PVC.

Please tell me if + where I can buy any planners with the basic cover in Toronto.
