Long-term planning

Post Comment

We fielded an inquiry recently about long-term planners — three-to-five years, specifically — from a law firm that books its trials several years in advance. Currently, the longest weekly planner we offer is a 17-month student planner, while our monthly calendars go up to 18 and 21 months.

Is this a format that others are interested in? If so, what sort of features would you like to see in it?

  1. While I like Mark’s idea, I would also like a way to have year at a glance LARGE ENOUGH TO WRITE IN and perhaps a way to slide the year at a glance in and out so that I could carry multiple years at a time, but pull out only the one ending and add a new one.

I don’t need 3-5 years, but often need a way to plan for two since I need to plan for writing conferences a year or so in advance.

Perhaps being able to slide multiple year at a glance or month at a glance combinations into one cover would solve up to 5 years at a time?

  2. Those would be great. Make them have a monthly at a glance view and a weekly view with enough space in the weekly view to actually write things in each hour. Also, make it 8 1/2 by 11 or somewhere close.
